One strategy, three adaptations
Multilingual content works best when the brand has one central message and each language adapts it for the local audience. Direct translation often preserves words but loses tone, examples and buying context.
Create a source-of-truth brief
Maintain a short document with positioning, audience, approved service names, tone, calls to action and words to avoid. This becomes the reference for every language and reduces inconsistency.
Plan content by intent
- Awareness: explain a problem or opportunity.
- Trust: show a process, principle or example.
- Consideration: compare options and clarify what the service includes.
- Action: invite the reader to WhatsApp, a form or a consultation.
Localize, do not merely translate
Adapt currency, examples, terminology and cultural expectations. Brazilian Portuguese, US English and Spanish for Latin America can require different levels of formality and different calls to action.
A repeatable monthly workflow
- Choose four core topics for the month.
- Write a clear source version with the main idea and CTA.
- Adapt each version with a native-level review.
- Reuse the idea across article, short post, email and video script.
- Track inquiries and engagement by language and topic.
